Robert Hurtford guilty of a burglary in the dwelling house of William Gardiner: stealing therefrom 20 pounds of pork (valued at 5/-), other goods (valued at 11/9) and 30/- in money.  In the Exeter Flying Post he is said to have been respited during pleasure.  The Sheriff, however claimed expenses for his execution.  Probably not hanged.
